Unexpected Troubles with Great Location

The hotel was conveniently close to all attractions, making our days easy and stress-free. The staff, always smiling, made the experience quite pleasant despite a few issues.

The lack of ramps makes access difficult for those with mobility issues!!! The low toilet is not ideal for anyone with back or leg issues, not to mention the absence of tissues or a coffee pot!!!

The King Room was really comfy! The bed was super cozy, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pool area was a nice bonus, super clean with new furniture, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was basic but just what we expected. Location was solid for our plans, too. The only downside? We had to wait for towels since ours were missing at first.
